Electrical and automation

Crane Electrical Automation Technician

Bursa / Nilüfer · factory and siteFull time

We are looking for a team member to build crane control panels and automation systems in the workshop, commission them on site and maintain them.

Responsibilities

Assembling and wiring crane control panels
Connecting and setting up frequency inverters, PLCs, radio remotes, limit switches and overload sensors
Handling the electrical side of commissioning and load testing
Fault finding, periodic maintenance and repair on site
Reading and applying electrical drawings, reporting completed work

Requirements

Vocational high school or associate degree in electrical, electrical-electronic or automation
Able to read and build power and control circuits
Experience with frequency inverters and PLCs is a plus
Fit to work at height
Able to travel for site work across Türkiye; a category B driving licence is a plus

Mechanical installation and service

Crane Mechanical Technician

We are looking for a team member to install and maintain overhead cranes, trolleys and crane runways.

Responsibilities

Mechanical installation of bridges, trolleys, end carriages and hoists
Installing crane runways and rails, rail alignment
Maintaining and replacing gearboxes, brakes, wheels, wire ropes and hook blocks
Periodic maintenance and inspection work
Supporting fabrication and welding work in the workshop

Requirements

Vocational high school or associate degree in mechanical, metal technology or mechatronics
Able to read technical drawings and use hand and measuring tools well
Welding skills and crane installation experience are a plus
Fit to work at height
Able to travel for site work across Türkiye; a category B driving licence is a plus

Engineering and design

Crane Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a mechanical engineer to calculate and design overhead, gantry and monorail crane projects and follow them from fabrication to installation.

Responsibilities

Defining the duty class and calculating girders, wheels and drives for crane projects
Preparing 3D models, fabrication drawings and bills of materials
Technical calculations and proposed solutions at the quotation stage
Site surveys and technical follow-up of fabrication and installation
Preparing technical files, user manuals and test reports

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
Proficient in SolidWorks or a similar 3D CAD program
Confident with strength and steel structure calculations
Knowledge of FEM, DIN and EN 13001 crane standards and experience with cranes or lifting equipment are a plus
Able to read technical documents in English; a category B driving licence is a plus
