Cable trolleys that run in C-profile festoon rail are available from Beta Crane.
Cable trolleys are used to carry flat cables in the C-profile festoon cable carrier rail. They let the cables move freely inside the rail and are used wherever there is horizontal movement: on overhead bridge cranes, electric hoists, monorail crane lines and jib cranes.
We sell three types of trolley: all plastic, plastic and steel, and all steel.
Cable Trolley Types and Features
Plastic body:
- Wheel: Polyamide
- Material: Polyamide carrier body, polyamide support saddle, galvanized hardware, heat resistance from -30 °C to +70 °C
- Maximum cable capacity: 4 kg per carrier
Plastic and steel body:
- Wheel: Steel
- Material: Steel carrier body, polyamide support saddle, galvanized hardware, heat resistance from -30 °C to +70 °C
- Maximum cable capacity: 10 kg per carrier
Steel body:
- Wheel: Steel
- Material: Steel carrier body, steel support saddle, galvanized hardware, heat resistance from -30 °C to +70 °C
- Maximum cable capacity: 16 kg per carrier
